Rgamuffin Top Challenge
Alright, so I joined the Ragamuffin Top Challenge this week. Our goal is to try and get healthy! If you don't know what a muffin top is (go here). Originally I stated that I wanted to get down to 165lbs. In the video I state 170. I'm going to stick with my original goal of 165lbs. There's no reason I can't get there!
Here's my first weeks weigh-in. Wish me luck!
My neighbor just bought a new bike... maybe I'll start riding again!

Of course you're gonna start ridin again. You need to sign up for a triathlon in Norcal come this September. ;)

Actually, I'm doing a sprint in July to get ready.
Wow, I'm down to 205 from almost 240. Now I'm sick so maybe another pound or two?
