My goal is still 165lbs, but I think I'm starting to table a little.
So I went to Costco with my wife the other day (not something I usually do). As we were navigating our way through the store, she asked me to pick up some paper plates (yes, we eat off of paper plates, I know, I know). So as I reach to pick up the large paper plates, it hits me. If we use smaller plates, we won't eat as much food! So I picked up the smaller plates and I think it worked... at least this week... ;)

Great idea on using the smaller plates....I can't quite justify the money spent on paper plates, but hey it works for you.
